Under Australian consumer law, you have the right to a full refund including shipping costs for any product that has a fault or defect due to no fault of the customer. You must notify 24 hours of delivery if any items appear to be damaged during the transportation to make a claim. We will not accept unauthorised returns. Please do not return any product to us without contacting us and being instructed to do so. In some cases, you may need to send the item back to us or send a photo of the defective item. We recommend products sent back to us utilise tracking information to ensure they are received successfully and processed in a timely fashion.
Due to health regulations and the nature of some products, we can currently only offer refunds & exchanges for damaged and defective items, not for change of mind. Any return request must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Please do not open or use any product that arrives damaged.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
Returned parts must be in CLEAN, UNUSED and ORIGINAL condition, packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging and received by Aussie Direct Supply within 7 days of original delivery of the package.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Aussie Direct Supply will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them.
Refused or undeliverable shipments are not grounds for a refund. The shipment, if returned, will be held until we received the same shipping and handling fees to cover re-shipping! (within 14 days). Please use a shipping address where someone will be available to accept shipment to minimise problems. .
