We ship all our items from our warehouse in FYSHWICK A.C.T via Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided when once your item is dispatched and items can be tracked via the Australia Post website. Is it Discreet? How is it packaged?

Probably our most common question. Yes absolutely, we know how important privacy is our customers. We use plain Australia Post packaging, with no description on the outside. The is no way to tell what your package contains without opening it. We do not mark Aussie Direct Supply as the sender either.

When will my order be sent?

We endeavor to send all orders within 24 hours of receiving funds (business days). Items ordered on Weekends & Public holidays will be sent out the next business day.

When will my order be delivered?

Typically we find most goods will arrive within 3 -10 business days from the shipping date. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post website using your tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated on their website.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No, we only ship to addresses within Australia – We do not ship internationally.
