This Shipping & Handling Policy explains how Aussie Direct Supply dispatches orders, delivery timeframes, tracking information and packaging practices for orders shipped within Australia.
We ship all orders from Fyshwick, ACT, Australia via Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and parcels can be tracked via the Australia Post website.
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us at support@aussiedirectsupply.com.
Is it Discreet? How is it Packaged?
Probably our most common question. We understand that privacy is important to our customers. All orders are shipped in plain Australia Post packaging with no description of the contents displayed on the outside of the parcel.
There is no indication of the products contained within the package without opening it. We also do not use “Aussie Direct Supply” as the sender name on the exterior packaging to ensure privacy.
When Will My Order Be Sent?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day after cleared payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
When Will My Order Be Delivered?
Most orders are delivered within 2–10 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location and Australia Post delivery timeframes.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, public holidays, weather events, peak periods or Australia Post network conditions.
Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post website using your tracking number.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally.
We may ship to residential, business and Australia Post Parcel Locker addresses where accepted by Australia Post.
